This explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Questions or requests: hello@setstraight.ai.

What we collect

• Orders: your email address, business name and city.
• Earlier waitlist sign-ups: your email address, and your business name and city if you gave them.
• Reports: the business details you confirm (such as hours, phone and address), the questions we ask AI assistants, and their answers.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and a record of the purchase, never your full card number.
• Basic technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and similar data to deliver and protect the site. We don't store your IP address. For orders we keep a one-way scrambled version of it to limit abuse.

How we use it

To run your check or report, email you about it, process payments, prevent abuse and improve the service. We may publish combined, anonymous findings (for example, "22 of 45 restaurants") but never name a customer without permission.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the service: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and the data providers we use to ask AI assistants your questions. The questions we send name your business; they don't include your email. We don't sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or we close the list. Reports and purchase records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax requirements.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.
