These terms cover your use of setstraight.ai and anything you buy from Set Straight ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. Questions: hello@setstraight.ai.

What we provide

We ask AI assistants questions about a business and report what they say, compared with facts the business owner confirms and with public sources such as the business's Google listing and website. Products are listed on our pricing section: a free check, The AI Report ($19, one time), the Fix Kit ($49, one time) and Fix Kit Plus ($249, one time). Prices are in US dollars.

What we don't promise

AI assistants change their answers often, and we don't control them. A report is a snapshot of what the assistants said when we asked. We can't guarantee that any assistant will say something different after you make changes. We never log in to your accounts or edit your listings; you decide what to change.

Your part

Only request reports on a business you own or are authorized to represent, and give us accurate facts about it. Don't use the service to harass anyone or to misrepresent a business.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Our refund policy is part of these terms.

Our content

You may use your report for your own business, including sharing it with your staff and advisers. AI answers we quote belong to their respective providers and are shown for reference.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. We aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in place when you bought.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.

Set Straight is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic, Tripadvisor, Yelp or any other company named on this site.
